How do I return an item?

Seek confirmation via before sending the items to us. Kindly note that we will only receive or process refunds if it has been made known to TheaTheo beforehand. Any items sent to TheaTheo without any reason or confirmation will be retained by TheaTheo. A shipping cost will be imposed for redelivery.

What is the TheaTheo's Return policy?

All items sold on TheaTheo are covered under ur customer Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item, confirmed by our logistics partner. The said item cannot be used / dirtied / washed or any other conditions that is not as-new. Handmade items with customized features are strictly non-returnable unless due to the terms listed below.

Can I return an item after the TheaTheo Return Policy coverage days?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days, starting from the date you received the item, confirmed by our logistics partner.

If exceeded this period, we apologise that we may not extend further warranty for the items sold by TheaTheo.

For which reasons can I return an item?

You may only return your item due to any of the following reasons:

  • Delivery - Wrong Product
  • Quality - Damaged Product
  • Quality - Defective
  • Quality - Product Condition
  • Delivery - Product Missing
  • Website - Incorrect Content

- In the event that you have received damaged products, please contact us at within 48 hours to expedite the claim process

- We do not provide refund as our items are all handmade to order, we will provide a replacement product sent at the cost of merchant, if you wish to change another different items, we could offer shopper credit into your account to make another purchase, subject to approval.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation on a case to case basis.

We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. You will be able to see the credited amount on your statement. If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.
